7 Steps to Improve Printability of PS Edition

To increase the printing speed of the PS version in 7 steps, in no particular order:

Step 1, when the number of printed products is large, properly baked plates. When baking, the temperature is generally 270°C. If the number of printed products is relatively small, the baking time is generally controlled at 70 seconds. When the number of prints is large, the baking time should be controlled at 150 seconds.

Step 2: Under the premise of ensuring quality, the pressure between the printing plate and the blanket, the water roller, and the ink roller must be properly adjusted to avoid the large force between them and wear out the layout.

Step 3, the pressure of the water and ink roll is generally controlled at about 5mm on the printing plate.

In the fourth step, on the edition, the printing plate must be tightened to prevent the water from dissolving the paper and adversely affect the printing plate.

In step 5, the minimum amount of water is used on the principle that the plate is not dirty.

The sixth step, the correct understanding of the PH value of the water bucket solution, generally should be kept within the range of 5-6, showing if acidic.

In the seventh step, if the machine is to be suspended during the printing process, the printing plate should be squeegeeed according to the length of the down time to prevent the plate from oxidizing.
