1.How long does delivery take:
After receive the deposit (usually upon notification of T/T)
- Sample order: within 8 days;
- Trial order: within 15 days (QTY<50pcs);
- Official order: within 20 days (QTY>100pcs);
- 20FT container: 25-30 days;
- 40HQ container: 35-40days.

 2. What is the payment term?

1) T/T 

2) Western Union

30% or 50% (depends on the products) deposit in advance before production, the balance payment before shipment.

EXW paid by USD or RMB cash. We will offer you details on the PI.

 

3. Can we use our own shipping agent?

Of course, we will do the best to cooperate.

 

4. Is OEM acceptable?

Yes. OEM & ODM accepted. Please email us for details.

 

5.Can your factory print our brand on the package?

Yes, we can. While customer needs to provide us a "logo usage authorization letter" to allow us to print the logo on the products.

 

6.Can your factory make customized products?

No problem. 

Send us your design specification, even hand drawing can work, we will have a prototype turned around within one week.

We have four quality checking procedures for one order. 
A. Pre-production, strict raw material purchasing, make sure the top quality raw material.

C. After production, checking the products one by one, make sure all products meeting customers' requirements. Full inspection from custom side is available. 
D. During loading, controlling worker operationing the spot, make sure the package without any damage.
