For the sanitation and disinfection work of amusement facilities, various practices vary, some have long-term scans and do not disinfect, which may easily lead to the breeding of germs and children's diseases.

2. There are hidden problems in facility management. Amusement parks should generally be equipped with two or three professional staff to ensure the safe operation of the park. However, the owner is only responsible for off-site charges and is not responsible for the care of children on the court, and lacks awareness of safety precautions. There are many children's entertainment facilities around the community. Because there is no special person to manage it, it belongs to the "floor spread" type of operation. The brand is secret, the manufacturer is unknown, and the safety performance cannot be guaranteed. Many of the equipment are still "used goods." In addition, the maintenance and repair of these facilities is lagging behind, administrators have a weak sense of prevention, and do not regularly check and repair. There are many potential safety hazards in the equipment.

3. There is a gap in supervision. Swing cars, small trains, and children's inflatable castles are small children's entertainment facilities. They are not high-altitude and high-speed amusement rides and are not under the supervision of the Bureau of Quality Supervision. There are children's entertainment facilities on the entrances of the multiple communities and on both sides of the road. The number of children's recreation facilities is not less than 15. All of them are unqualified businesses. Private owners manage their own businesses and there is a gap in supervision.

Second, countermeasures and suggestions

1. Strengthen health and safety supervision. According to the requirements of the State, the health supervision and management department shall regularly check the hygiene of children's amusement facilities in large shopping malls, supermarkets and public places. At the same time, compulsory measures have been issued in terms of safety standards, cleanliness, etc., so that “someone will control and others will follow”. It is also necessary to add health propaganda guidance for operators to formulate reward and punishment systems, urge operators to regularly clean recreational facilities, and keep facilities clean and sanitary.

2. Strengthen children's safety education. The children are happy, and the danger factors in the environment are not clearly identified and the ability to avoid is poor. Older children are more difficult to control. The game is prone to bruising, falling sprains and even fractures. Parents should repeatedly explain to the child which activities cannot be done and which activities cannot participate, and continue to pay attention to observations to find out when there are signs of an accident and to prevent accidents.

3. Develop a strict set of children's playgrounds and operating systems. For the current state of regulatory vacuum in small-scale amusement parks, perfect laws, regulations, and technical standards should be established. Supervision should be strengthened in business access procedures, and the operation and management system should be gradually standardized. At the same time, operators should receive special training and hold certificates in their daily business activities.
