"August 2000, I hope to photograph some environmental portraits to enrich my photography. I naturally thought of going to Native American tribes. “At the end of April 2001, I traveled to Ganafia and hoped to capture the poppies in the desert in northeastern Los Angeles, California. Since the open season of wildflowers changes every year, capturing accurate time becomes the key. When I came to the poppy-growing area, I was surprised to find that there was not a single flower around, but after consultation with the locals, I finally found the legendary valley, thanks to the dampness of the past. In the winter, I could see such spectacular scenery, and within a few square miles, orange-colored tapestry covered the earth and stretched to the far west of the mountain.The car I was renting was stuck in the dry river bed sand.
