During this process, the bottle cap is under constant control because the bottle is The fixing device on the star wheel is fixed in the middle below the sealing tube.The sealing tube ensures that the bottle cap is accurately fixed on the container.

However, the above process cannot guarantee the torque. The torque is determined on the second device, where the mechanical clutch controls the torque within the required range. The clutch on the Starcap Plus has a dial that allows the operator to easily input the required torque. Another benefit of Starcap Plus, Harvey says, is that it can accommodate many different types of caps.

Harvey believes that flexibility is the key to any capper. For example, Starcap can also be modified for capping caps. Just remove the screwed part. In general, the first device is used for capping and the second device ensures that the cap is closed by a downward pressure.
