At present, the national standard for the determination of aflatoxin content in food is mainly immunoaffinity chromatography, of which fluorescence spectrophotometry is a more commonly used method. This article is based on the national standard GB / T 18979-2003 "Determination of Aflatoxin in Foods by Immunoaffinity Chromatography Purified High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Fluorescence Photometry" and GB 5413.37-2010 "Aflatoxin M1 in Milk and Dairy Products The Affinity Immunochromatographic Purification Fluorescence Spectrometry in "Determination" uses Gangdong F-380 Fluorescence Spectrophotometer to determine the content of aflatoxin in food. The results prove that this method is easy to operate and has good linearity. It is an ideal method for determining the content of aflatoxin in food.
