At present, there are three main types of holographic hot stamping, namely ordinary version hologram without positioning hot stamping, special edition hologram without positioning hot stamping, special edition hologram positioning hot stamping. Among these three types, the anti-counterfeiting effect of ordinary version hologram non-positioning hot stamping and special version hologram non-positioning hot stamping is still not ideal, so it is only used for product packaging that does not require high anti-counterfeiting requirements. The hologram positioning hot stamping has a good anti-counterfeiting effect, so in recent years it has been widely used in the packaging and printing of banknotes and marketable securities, high-end cigarettes, wine and valuable commodities. The hologram positioning hot stamping technology is very difficult. In the holographic positioning hot stamping technology, the positioning technology is mainly to eliminate the gradual accumulation of the hot stamping accuracy error during the hot stamping process. The holographic pattern on each hot stamping foil needs to have a matching square cursor. At present, there are three types of technologies used for positioning systems: basic, co-located with hot stamping, and intelligent.

(3) Intelligent positioning technology. In holographic alignment hot stamping, more advanced dual-alignment cipher holographic hot stamping technology has been successfully developed. Double-alignment password holographic hot stamping is to directly imprint the image containing the password after special processing on the designated position of the substrate, so that the password hologram and the packaging are directly integrated, and will not separate. The main materials and equipment of holographic positioning hot stamping
