Project Objective
The goal was to develop a product that would effectively promote the release of the superhero movie *Shazam*, part of the DC Universe and produced by Warner Bros. CustomUSB’s creative team chose our popular earbuds as the platform to bring the client’s vision to life. The result was a high-quality, branded tech item that not only promoted the movie but also offered real value to users.
How We Did It
Designing the Earbuds
This project required close collaboration between multiple teams. To stay true to the movie’s aesthetic and emotional tone, the client provided their logo and described their vision. Our design team then brainstormed and created a sketch that embodied the theme of transformation—key to the *Shazam* story.

After the final design was approved, we selected materials that balanced durability and style. The earbuds feature an ABS plastic body, silicone cable and earpieces, and a PVC lightning bolt charm, all chosen to reflect the movie’s iconic imagery.
Designing the Packaging
Packaging is a crucial part of the user experience. Our team focused on creating a simple, clear, and eye-catching design that highlighted the product and the movie. After two rounds of revisions, we finalized a packaging concept that stood out and clearly communicated the product’s purpose and uniqueness.
Once everything was ready, the product was shipped to the client in under 60 days. We understand that time is critical when promoting a major event like a movie release, and we ensure quality and speed throughout the process.
The Product
