Grid-connected test of TBEA inverter was successful

On March 8, 2012, TBEA New Energy's 1.25MW photovoltaic grid-connected inverter R & D project team came to a successful report-the 1.25MW grid-connected inverter full load and grid connection test was a complete success. The success of this experiment marked a staged victory in the research and development process of the 1.25MW photovoltaic grid-connected inverter project.

The 1.25MW photovoltaic grid-connected inverter project is one of the national 863 key projects undertaken by TBEA New Energy. The project was officially established in May 2011. Through the intensive and orderly efforts of all members of the project team for nearly 9 months, the experiment made preliminary progress on February 9, 2012, after more than 1 month of experimental analysis and improvement. In the test on March 8, the experimental results showed that the photovoltaic inverter of the project operated stably and the various performances met the design requirements.

It is reported that after a full load and successful network connection, the project team members conducted detailed system self-test work on the initial prototype, and most of the performance indicators of the test system have reached the expected target. The existing problems, such as power module parallel uneven current and system thermal test exceeding the standard, were analyzed in time, and improvement measures were proposed, and breakthroughs were made in the process of solving many problems. The solution of the key technical problems of the grid inverter provides a theoretical and experimental basis.
