Reagent for determination of ozone aging tank concentration

The reagents should be of analytical grade and the ozone aging tank should be distilled water throughout the test.
First, the starch indicator solution: 1g soluble starch is added to 40mL of cold water, stirring constantly, and heated to boiling until the starch is completely dissolved. Dilute to about 200 Ml with cold water, then add 2 g of crystalline zinc chloride, clarify the solution, and pour out the supernatant for use. The solution should be replaced every two or three days for storage and regular use. Alternatively, 1 g of soluble starch can be dissolved in 100 mL of boiling water to prepare a fresh solution. No matter which starch solution is used as an indicator, a few drops of 10% acetic acid should be added to the solution for titration.
2. Standard iodine solution: Add 2g potassium iodide (KI) and 10Ml water to the weighing tube and weigh it, then add the iodine to the solution in the weighing tube on the balance pan until the total iodine in the solution The weight is about 0.1g. The iodine-containing solution was accurately weighed and the amount of iodine added was measured. Pour the solution into a beaker, rinse the weighing tube with distilled water on the beaker, and pour the solution in the beaker into a 1000 mL J measuring flask. Then, pour the distilled water from the rinsing beaker into the measuring flask and dilute to 1000 mL. (Note: This solution is quite stable if stored in a dark place and in a tightly packed brown bottle.)
3. Sodium thiosulfate solution: Place about 0.24g of Na?S?O??5H?O in a 1000mL volumetric flask and dilute to 1000mL to make sodium thiosulfate (Na?S?) with the same concentration and standard iodine solution. O?) solution. Since the degree of sodium thiosulfate solution will gradually decrease, on the day of the odor test, the solution should be calibrated to the iodine solution.
The concentration E of the Na?S?O? solution is calculated as the iodine equivalent and expressed as the number of iodine in each liter of solution. The formula is: E = FC/S
Where: F - iodine solution volume, mL;
C-iodine concentration, mg/mL;
S—The volume of Na?S?O? solution used for titration, mL.
4. Potassium iodide solution: About 20 g of pure KI is dissolved in 2000 mL of water.
5. Acetic acid: Prepare a 10% solution (by volume ratio).
