First, the general requirements
The test sequence shall be determined according to the characteristics of the test piece, the specific work order, the intended use occasion, the existing conditions, and the expected combined effects of each test environment. When determining the order of environmental impacts during the lifetime, it is necessary to consider the environmental impacts of the equipment that are repeated during use. The following factors should be considered when determining the test sequence:
1. Use the sequence of life expectancy events as a general test sequence. A test has its advantages before, after, or in combination with other tests. When a test sequence is recommended for each part of this standard, it should generally be tested according to it: if other test sequences are used, the approval of the ordering party should be obtained. Except as otherwise stated in the various parts of this standard, the test sequence should not be changed to mitigate the effects of the test.
2. Establish a correlation between the cumulative effect of equipment performance and durability and the test sequence, which is the order in which the equipment is subjected to the corresponding stresses according to its mission face. All parties involved should participate in the determination of the test sequence as early as possible to ensure that the test results are reliable, realistic and traceable.
