1. Emery wear resistant floor
It is known as Emery wear-resisting ground material. There are six basic colors to choose from: red, yellow, green, blue, gray, cement primary colors, of which the most commonly used are green and cement primary colors, cement primary colors are the cheapest and most practical. Green pigments can be divided into iron green, composite green and chrome green, iron green color is dark, the cheapest, but the color is unstable, easy to fade, especially in areas with more light; chrome green is expensive, but the color It is extremely stable; composite green is a mixture of inorganic pigments and organic pigments. The price is moderate and the color stability is also good, so the application is more common. The emery floor must be constructed at the same time as the concrete base. When the base concrete enters the initial setting, it is sprinkled on the surface and compacted with a machine, wiped with light, and then coated with a curing agent. The advantages are wear resistance, hardness, very durable, low cost, and quick construction.
2, concrete reinforcing agent floor
Also known as the cement floor sand treatment agent, or the concrete seal curing agent, is a highly permeable aqueous liquid, which completely depends on the penetration and chemically reacts with the chemical components in the concrete or concrete floor to achieve hardening and sealing. , increase the effect of strength and abrasion resistance.
This ground hardener must be used on concrete or concrete floors that have already been molded. It can be used as early as 12 hours after the concrete has been collected. It not only enhances the hardness, strength, and compactness of the ground, but also it can well protect the concrete. Prevent surface dusting, cracking, etc.
Features:

Production Process:
When the grassroots initial setting, spread the aggregate, and strive to spread evenly, sprinkle the material twice, and ensure the amount;
1. Spread 2/3 of the total amount for the first time and compact the bristles with polished discs;
2. Spread 1/3 of the total amount for the second time and use a lighted disc to compact the bristles;
3. After the initial setting, wipe it with a calender;
4. Check the smoothness of the material after spraying, adjust the material in time for the low-lying area, and compact the armpits and wipe the light at the place;
5, before finishing, polishing with a trowel machine to achieve the completion of the process;
6, uniform coating of ground curing agent.
Basic requirements for basic concrete:
1. The concrete strength is not lower than C25, the water-cement ratio is reduced as much as possible, the on-site mixing concrete is controlled at 4-6CM, and the slump of commercial concrete is controlled at 12-14CM.

Precautions:

2. The template setting should be smooth and firm. The template should be 6 meters and coated with stripping oil. The level of the template should be checked at any time with the spirit level. The deviation should be adjusted in time.
3, the concrete strength is not lower than C25, and the water-cement ratio is as small as possible;
4. Use the insert vibrators and plate vibrator to operate the vibrator. Use the level meter to measure the level of the template after the vibrating, and adjust the deviation.
5, the use of heavy steel long roller (steel roller should be wider than the template) repeated pressure, and to keep the steel mold clean, so that the floor is flat, can not use the steel roller working parts, apply scraping ruler;
6. For the serious part of bleeding, apply rubber tube to bleeding water;
7, the best mold release and other wear surface finish the next day, the third day by the building cut expansion joints.
