"51" Qinghai Yuzhu Feng Mountaineering Festival Agreement in 2005

In order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the mountain climbing activities of the “Yiwu peak” mountain climbing festival in 2005, the Mountaineering Association of Qinghai Province (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”) and the participants (hereinafter referred to as Party B) reached an agreement as follows:

I. Notes 1. Mountaineering is a dangerous adventure. Any unforeseen circumstances may occur. Party B volunteers to participate completely.
2. Mountaineering is a sport that requires high physical fitness. It may not reach the summit because of physical and weather problems and climbing techniques. Party B should have sufficient psychological preparations, and Party B should pay mountaineering fees. (Including mountaineering insurance) If you don't retreat, you may be exempted from the registration fee when you go to Qinghai to climb any mountain.
3. Party B's team members must purchase or rent necessary equipment and personal items by themselves or by the organizer. If Party A checks that they do not meet the requirements for mountaineering, they should promptly replace it. They should not listen to advice and cause frostbite and other accidents, or due to personal equipment problems. The consequences of the consequences are the responsibility of Party B.
4. During the mountaineering activities, Party B's members must obey the activities of the organizers of Party A. All responsibility for any consequences caused by Party B’s personal and private actions is entirely at his own risk.
5. During mountaineering activities, Party B shall be liable for all consequences of Party B’s personal concealment of the actual situation (history, physical condition and other conditions).
6. During mountaineering activities, Party A shall not be liable for any inability to continue to climb or fail to reach the summit due to the nature and the personal factors of Party B.
7. During the mountaineering activities, Party A has the right to terminate Party B's climbing activities according to the prevailing circumstances. Party B shall obey the overall situation. When the organizer of Party A announces the termination of the mountaineering activities, Party B shall participate in the activities of any self-activities in the mountains of the activists or groups, and shall bear the consequences.
8. Mountaineering is a team activity. Team members should unite and love each other, collaborate with each other, and keep personal belongings safe. If any dispute between the individual players is resolved on their own, Party A has the right to coordinate and manage. If the parties do not listen to the results of the dissuasion, Party A will not bear the responsibility.
9. If Party B members have any objections to Party A's services during the event, they can directly propose to the general director of the event and resolve the matter in time.
10. After the event was over, members of Party A were awarded certificates of ascent and summit of the Sports Bureau of Qinghai Province and the Mountaineering Management Center of Qinghai Province, but they were not responsible for the application of the rank of the players.
11. The players of Party B who participated in the 2005 “May 1” Yuzhufeng Mountaineering activities must purchase insurance and be purchased by Party A. Refused purchasers are not allowed to participate in this event. The costs incurred by Party B’s individual and team behaviors that do not obey the personnel of Party A during the event shall be borne by the team members and individuals of the offender (in exceptional circumstances such as extra expenses for external rescue).
12. Party A mountain doctors can give the players free of charge to check their bodies. If there is a drug, the team members should bear their own fees.
13. At the end of the event, the members of Party B will fill out the Mountaineering Service Survey Form, and keep personal information and pictures for archiving, and log into the Mountaineering Association website at the appropriate time.
14. When there is a problem, Party A has a mountaineering emergency plan, and all parties should strictly follow this rule.
15. Mountain climbing is one of the activities attended by the high quality people. Party B's participation in the activities should protect the property of Party A organizer.
It is forbidden to smoke inside tents and hard crampons to enter alpine tents.
16. Party B's team members must advance three miles or more to advance the mountain. Party A's vehicles will only be sent to West Bank.
17. Description of insurance premiums: This event is organized by Party A Qinghai Provincial Mountaineering Association to entrust Qinghai International Sports Travel Agency to insure and collect insurance premiums from China People's Property Insurance Co., Ltd. Xining City Chengxi District Branch.
A. Premium: RMB 300/person (Alpine Insurance)
B. Personal claims up to 80,000 yuan.
C. Insurance period: After the insured personnel pays the fee, they will start from the vehicle that takes this activity until they leave this vehicle.
D. After the accident caused by one's own disease is determined by a medical specialized agency, the Mountaineering Association of Qinghai Province is responsible for the insurance company's handling of claims procedures according to the relevant regulations.

Party A Qinghai Mountaineering Association has the right to interpret the contents of this event.
