In the ultrasonic working state, users must press () before over-temperature protection occurs, and then press SET or ENTER to modify the bath temperature. Recovery setting after overcurrent protection (overcurrent protection indicates the user's output power, the setting is greater than the internal protection setting value of the instrument) When overcurrent protection occurs, the user can restore it by pressing the PR key (after recovery, the output power of the ultrasound needs to be reduced , Otherwise overcurrent protection will continue to occur)
Note 1. The temperature protection set point must be higher than room temperature or the sample temperature by more than 5 ℃. When over-temperature protection occurs, the machine stops working. 2. It is strictly forbidden to start when the horn is not inserted into the liquid (no load), otherwise it will damage the transducer or ultrasonic generator. 3. The amount of broken cells, the length of time, and the size of the power are waiting for the user to explore and determine the best value according to various cells. 4. After a certain period of time, the end of the horn will be cavitation corroded and hairy. You can use a whetstone or a file to flatten it, otherwise it will affect the work effect. 5. The machine does not need to be preheated, and it should be well grounded when used. 6. During ultrasonic breaking, due to the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves in the liquid, the temperature of the liquid will quickly rise, and users should pay more attention to the temperature of various cells. It is recommended to use multiple crushing in a short time (no more than 5 seconds each time), and an ice bath can be used for cooling. (It is recommended that the ultrasonic work should be 1-2 seconds, and the gap is 2-3 seconds.) 7. The machine uses a switching power supply without power frequency transformer. Do not touch it randomly after opening the generator case to prevent electric shock. This instrument has reliable performance and is generally not easily damaged. 8. The machine should be installed in a dry place without moisture, direct sunlight and corrosive gas. Warning: In the process of working, the power must be turned off before replacing the horn.
