The Human Phosphatidylserine (PS) ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of phosphatidylserine in human biological samples. This kit utilizes a double-antibody one-step sandwich ELISA method. The microwells are pre-coated with specific antibodies against phosphatidylserine. After adding the sample, standard solutions, and HRP-conjugated detection antibodies sequentially, the plate is washed thoroughly to remove unbound components. A TMB substrate solution is then added, which reacts with the peroxidase enzyme and changes color from colorless to blue under enzymatic catalysis. The reaction is stopped by adding an acidic solution, causing the color to shift to yellow. The intensity of the yellow color is directly proportional to the concentration of phosphatidylserine in the sample. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm using a microplate reader, and the results are calculated based on a standard curve to determine the exact concentration of PS in each sample. This method ensures high specificity, sensitivity, and reproducibility, making it ideal for research and diagnostic applications.
