Japan plans to release small satellites from the space station. The Japan Aerospace Research and Development Agency announced that it plans to conduct experiments to release small orbiting satellites on the International Space Station ’s "Hope" experimental module in September 2012. The aerospace research and development agency said on the 2nd that the satellites to be released are scheduled to be 10 cm long and 30 cm high. This institution will also collect ideas from research organizations such as universities and choose up to four satellites, and the cost of developing and transporting satellites will be borne by these research organizations.
