The intensity of the color is directly proportional to the concentration of TM in the sample. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm, and the TM concentration is calculated by comparing the sample OD value with that of the standard curve. This kit ensures high specificity, sensitivity, and reproducibility, making it ideal for both research and diagnostic applications.
