The new wide-mouth bottle has a unique "squround" design that gives the bottle an excellent round appearance with a vertical facade. This special design allows the jar to be strong enough to withstand high-temperature processing and use existing ones. The bottling line is in production. More importantly, the vertical side of the jar allows the product in the can to be clearly visible and provides greater design flexibility for the label and jacket.
This Classic product is now available in 5 models: 212 ml, 610 ml, 700 ml, 830 ml and 1 litre. The wide mouth bottle can provide different cover options depending on the specific product requirements, including Induction and Conduction seals, as well as IdealTM and BapcoTM sealing systems.
The wide-mouth bottle is a multi-layer polypropylene structure made of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), which can effectively prevent the ingress of oxygen and thus can provide shelf life of up to 12 months or more. Polypropylene can withstand temperatures as high as 120°C, allowing pasteurization and sterilization during filling.
