First, polyester paint. Polyester lacquers use polyester resins as the main film former. High-grade furniture is commonly used as unsaturated polyester paint, which is commonly known as "piano paint." Its characteristics are:
1. The thickness of a construction film can reach 1 mm, which is unmatched by other paints;
2, the paint film is full, clear and transparent, its hardness and gloss are higher than other paints;
3, water resistance, heat resistance and short-term resistance to mild flame performance is better than other paint types;
4. The unsaturated polyester paint has poor flexibility and is easy to be brittle when subjected to force. Once the paint film is damaged, it is not easy to repair, so care should be taken to protect the furniture during the relocation.
Second, polyurethane paint. Polyurethane lacquer film is hard and wear-resistant. It has a high gloss after polishing. It has good water resistance, heat resistance and acid and alkali resistance. It is a high quality wood lacquer.
Third, acrylic paint. Acrylic paint is a coating made of a copolymer of methacrylate and acrylate, which has a water white varnish and a white color white lacquer. Acrylic paint film is bright and hard, with good color retention and gloss retention. It is water-resistant and has good adhesion. It is polished and polished, and the paint film is smooth as a mirror, and it can last for a long time.
Fourth, matt paint. The matt lacquer is mainly made of varnish, and is blended with an appropriate amount of matting agent and auxiliary materials. The gloss of the paint film is different due to the different amount of matting agent. Matte paint film is soft, uniform, smooth, temperature-resistant, water-resistant, acid and alkali resistant.
Five, nitrocellulose paint. Nitrocellulose paint is also known as spray paint and wax. It is mainly made of nitrocellulose, and is made of synthetic resin, toughening agent, solvent and diluent. The transparent base containing no nutrient is nitro varnish, and the opaque liquid containing color is nitro enamel.
The nitro paint film is polished to obtain a high gloss, and is a commonly used paint with good decorative properties. The nitrocellulose paint film has poor adhesion, and the paint film hardness is not as good as polyurethane paint, unsaturated polyester paint and acrylic paint.
