Previously, the American College of Sports Medicine conducted a survey of the 2015 world fitness trends. In January 2015, Health and Fitness published the survey results in the magazine of the American College of Sports Medicine with the theme of promoting market power.

1. No equipment fitness training

In 2014, no-fitness fitness training ranked second in the survey of the American College of Sports Medicine. 2. High-intensity interval training

The 2014 high-intensity interval training ranked first in the survey of the American College of Sports Medicine and fell one place in the 2015 survey. Walter Thomson said: High-intensity interval training, as its name implies, is to perform a low-intensity training after a period of high-intensity fitness training. High-intensity training requires individuals to endure extremes, such as P90X exercise and CrossFit fitness training. These fitness trainings are combinations of many fitness methods, such as enhanced jump training, strength training, yoga, aerobic training, and stretching training. The customer base is a group of people who often participate in fitness activities. They have the need to seek fresh stimulation. The duration of these training methods generally does not exceed 30 minutes.

3. Well-educated and experienced certified fitness professionals

Well-educated and experienced fitness professionals have consistently ranked first for six consecutive years. They ranked third in the survey in both 2014 and 2015. Considering that many organizations provide fitness and health certifications, professionals who have passed the accredited course of the National Certification Body Committee are popular with consumers. An exercise physiologist involved in the survey said: The US Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts that fitness-related work will increase faster than other industries. Those well-educated and experienced fitness professionals, such as those who have earned professional certification, are more likely to find new jobs in increasingly competitive areas. The number of certified fitness professionals has grown, and more and more fitness education courses have been associated with them. American community colleges and general universities have established fitness education courses. The entire fitness industry has realized the importance of fitness certificates. Walter Thomson said: In the past, people who applied for fitness trainers entered the gym. The only thing he needed to do was wear tight shorts to complete several beautiful moves. Nowadays, fitness experts need to be well-educated and experienced.

4. Strength training

In the past two years, strength training has been stable at the fourth place in the survey. Strength training is still the core training content of many fitness clubs. 5. Private training
