Analysis of the phenomenon of bubbles (silicon eyes) often appearing in screen printing

There are various reasons for the bubble (silicon eye) phenomenon in printing, but the most important ones are concentrated in the three aspects of plastic head, steel opponents and ink. The following are some of the most likely causes of air bubbles (silicon eyes):

(1) The shape of the plastic head is inappropriate, too flat or the arc is wrong.

(2) The center point (highest point) of the plastic head is printed on the pattern, forming air that cannot be discharged and generating bubbles.

(3) The glue head is sticky, damaged, and oil stains cause poor printing of the glue head.

(4) The etching of the steel plate is too deep. Due to the thick oil layer, the glue head is not completely glued due to the ink stress.

(5) The etching of the steel plate is too shallow, and the oil layer is not thick enough.

(6) The ink is too thin or too slow to dry.

(7) The ink is too dry or too fast.

(8) The scraper scrapes a part of the pattern processing ink on the steel plate.
