How to maintain and maintain the seed incubator

A seed incubator, also known as a water-blocking electrothermal cell (mold), is widely used in scientific research across various fields such as medical and health, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, industrial production, and agricultural science. It is primarily designed for bacterial culture, breeding, fermentation, and other constant temperature testing applications. To ensure safe and efficient operation, the incubator should be placed in a well-ventilated area, away from any flammable or explosive materials. The unit must be properly grounded to prevent electrical hazards. Daily cleaning of both the interior and exterior is essential, and it should be cleaned after each use. Avoid covering the unit with plastic dust covers and storing it in a drying room for extended periods. Do not overcrowd the incubator; leave sufficient space for proper air circulation. Temperature checks should be conducted by the operator at least twice during each usage session, and the results should be recorded in the "Constant Temperature Incubator Temperature Record." The equipment manager is responsible for coordinating with a CNAL-approved calibration laboratory according to the scheduled verification plan and retaining the calibration certificate. Regular temperature control checks are also required, and detailed procedures can be found in the "Equipment Operation Inspection Procedures." Proper maintenance and adherence to safety guidelines are crucial for ensuring accurate results and prolonging the lifespan of the incubator.

While vacuum tumbler makes meat rolled in the drum under vacuum condition, similar to pulmonary respiration (make product to inflation and shrink alternatively). It makes meat salted evenly, increases the adhesive quality and taste and ensures the freshness of meat.
