1. Printing plate problem. When the printing plates that used sublimation thermal transfer ink were dried, due to insufficient exposure or insufficient development, the photolysis of the blank part was not complete or the photosensitive layer of the blank part was not washed off. Dirty spots on the thick plate, dirty spots on the glass of the plate-making machine, the plate surface is thoroughly cleaned or the protective agent is unevenly coated before baking, and uneven rubbing will cause greasy. When the greasiness is serious, you can only reprint. If the greasiness is light, or there are only very few parts, you can reduce the fat of the printing plate and put some gum arabic in the fountain solution.

2. Too much pressure between the printing plate cylinder and the rubber cylinder will also make the ink dirty during sublimation thermal transfer printing, because the pressure between the cylinders is too large, the friction force on the plate surface increases, and the plate surface becomes dirty, if The unreasonable distribution of the packing lining leads to an increase in the amount of slippage between the rollers. The packing lining should be arranged reasonably; if the compression amount is large and the pressure is high, the compression amount should be adjusted appropriately. The pressure on both sides of the inking roller should be the same. The contact width can also be measured. 4. The inking roller is pressed for a long time to roll and contact with fountain solution and ink. It is easy to age and the elasticity becomes smaller.
