In the present invention, the waste aluminum foil is soaked in hot and cold, so that the aluminum foil can be fully immersed without causing oxidation of the aluminum. Aluminium and paper are separated with a kneading machine, and the separated aluminum maximizes the integrity of its original aluminum layer. Purification greatly improves the quality of recycled pulp. The recovered pulp of the present invention is pure white and has a purity of 100%. The standard for producing high paper toilet paper can be achieved without further treatment. And the recovery of aluminum is higher than 95%. The utility model has the advantages of good practical effect, simpler treatment process, no pollution, and remarkable economic benefit. It can be used to recycle various waste aluminum scraps.
