Second, the common problems of paper laminating machine

Speaking of which, it comes down to a few points

1. Laminating accuracy: This is also related to the paper itself, but the main problem is still the mechanical structure. New machine or repair, a period of time will appear abnormal fitting accuracy. This problem mainly has the following:
A. The positioning chain is worn (lengthened).
B. The positioning claw is worn (refers to the base of the chain).
C. The positioning sprocket active sprocket has worn out.
Of course, there are other factors that cause operational wear, such as: wear of glue wheel bearings, excessive gear clearance of the four wheel sets, etc. All of these have brought trouble to the operators and the die cutting department at the rear stage.

2. Degumming and staining: when there is more glue, fly the glue and then dip the flowers. There are two aspects: the nature and concentration of the glue, the wear of the glue wheel and the scraper wheel, or the cleaning of the balance gap between the water wheel and the glue wheel, and the wear of the bearing or shaft head.

3. Feida paper output: In this case, two or more sheets of paper are output. This problem is mostly caused by the vacuum gang being worn out, which results in insufficient blowing pressure and insufficient flow.

4. Corrugated paper output: in this case, the paper output belt is thinned, the friction force is reduced, the high-pressure blower is not strong enough, etc.

5. Production speed: The general speed is mostly around 3000 sheets / hour.
