Printing companies generally choose 2 to 3 ink suppliers. Too much is more difficult to manage. The primary color red generally has two kinds of red and purple; the primary color blue is divided into sky blue and purple; the primary color is divided into green and red. When choosing an ink factory, tell them clearly that most of the primary colors of their factory are partial. Generally, they can meet the requirements. In this way, the consistency of the primary color ink is guaranteed as much as possible, which can ensure the consistency of the hue in the printing quality.

Use the original color ink as much as possible for the first printing of the new version. Do not dilute the primary color red by 20%, the primary color yellow by 30%, and the primary color blue with a little dark blue. Almost every ink should be changed. The customer prints a batch of samples with such ink, and then has to adjust the ink in this way, which adds a lot of trouble to the printing house. Therefore, it is very important to sign the first sample, and primary color ink should be used as much as possible. In fact, there is no right or wrong argument for color, the benevolence sees benevolence, the wise sees wisdom, the key is to communicate well with customers.

In addition, it must be explained to the customer that the quality of the printed matter depends on whether there is a knife line, whether the level transition is natural, whether the dot transfer is successful, etc., not that this color is poor quality, and that color is good quality. Especially for new varieties, there is no need to adjust the primary colors. When this is done, the remaining ink and stock ink can be greatly reduced.

The addition of ink must be added multiple times, and the amount of each addition is less to maintain the ratio of old and new ink, especially when the amount of ink is small. If you add too much at one time, you may not be able to run out of one shift. The performance has been changed: the color becomes darker, the leveling becomes worse, the knife line is easy to get out, the scraping is not clean, the air bubbles are generated, etc., which has a great influence on the printing quality. Used ink should be filtered frequently.

After the above work is done, the remaining primary inks will not be too much. How to digest the remaining ink for various reasons? Under the premise of ensuring quality, the primary color inks are mainly used in colors with large printing batches and large amounts of ink, and at the same time, the printing requirements are not too high. Add some old inks from time to time, so that they can still be consumed for a long time. Less.

Spot color inks that are no longer used (not unusable) for various reasons can be adjusted to other spot colors and used, generally light-colored inks are adjusted to dark-colored inks.
