Lenzing delivered a world-leading modern stretch film production line to German customers. The production line consists of 5 extruders. The actual production speed is 600m/min and the maximum output is 2000kg/h. Simultaneously produce 12mm to 50mm colorless or colored special stretch-wound films of various sizes with widths from 250mm to 700mm. The high-speed winder equipped with this production line overcomes the limitation of the critical speed of a 3-inch take-up reel and is the only winder in the world that can use a 3-inch take-up reel to run at a critical speed. At the same time, the production line also has superior functions such as non-waste film without tape reel, paper core automatic machine and film roll automatic processing, and its film rewinding diameter can reach 450mm (3-inch reel)/800mm (6-inch reel), Meet the requirements of various large-scale production.
