PEN and PET blends

Mix 15% of PEN with 85% PET, and after special processing, obtain amorphous carbon from high-temperature plasma, and mix very slight amorphous carbon into the material of plastic vessel to make its performance index. Greatly improved, almost reached the level of glassware and metalware, and the cost performance is better than glass bottles. It is said that the new process can increase the oxygen resistance of the bottle by 29 times and the barrier performance by 6 times. After more than 6 months of packaging experiment for different kinds of beer, it has been confirmed that its performance index is almost the same as glass and metal packaging, but the cost is much lower.
