Bentonite printing process example

Bentonite printing process example: printing (K, M reactive dyes) → drying → steam fixation (atmospheric steam 102 ~ 104 °C, 5 ~ 7min) → washing → hot water washing → soaping (90 ~ 95 °C, 2 ~5min, non-ionic surfactant 1g/L.) → hot water → washing → drying.

The original paste formulation: 4 parts of sodium alginate, 10 parts of bentonite (dry powder), 0.5 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, and 85.5 parts of water.
Paste prescriptions: 1 to 4 parts of reactive dyes, 3 to 8 parts of urea, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of baking soda, 50 parts of raw paste, and 100 parts of water.
