5. It is strictly forbidden to put the entire ink on the machine, and the ink is fully mixed before being placed on the machine. Seven, in the process of using ink, do not arbitrarily add water, must be based on the color of the sample box to determine whether to add water to adjust the hue and printing effect. If the printing process takes a long time, it is necessary to regularly add water and amine stabilizers to stabilize the printing effect (water: half hour/time; amine stabilizer: 2 hours/time).

If foaming is severe, add appropriate amount of antifoaming agent beforehand when formulating it. Generally, the amount is 0.1%-0.2%.

12. When cleaning the printing machine and drawing new ink, try not to allow water to flow into the ink tank to prevent the color from becoming too light due to low viscosity. At the same time, the ink inlet of the ink return tube must be washed to avoid uncleaning. Ink nozzles are placed in the ink tank to affect the ink color.
