Connect the air duct to the air inlet of the purge head, turn on the power, and set the temperature control table
Slide the slider to lower the air blowing needle to the temperature required for blowing, and then you can work normally. The height of each needle can be adjusted by 2-3 cm.
Operation process
1. After the instrument is installed, plug the power plug on the host and turn on the power switch.
2. Connect the nitrogen pipeline to the gas distribution chamber interface;
3. Arrange the position of the used gas needle channel in advance (the unused channel should close the knob)
4. Set the temperature (water bath nitrogen blowing must first add water to the water tank, the water level height is 1/3 to 2/3 of the water tank height), after the temperature is stable, put the sample test tube into the heating block (or test tube rack) hole groove in;
5. Adjust the height of the gas chamber, and position the outlet of the coarse gas needle and the sample interface;
6. Slowly open the nitrogen main valve (to prevent the sample from splashing, causing loss and pollution) and observe the purge, fine-tune the height of the gas needle and the valve flow until the sample surface is rippled.
Precautions:
1. Water bath heating must first add water and then electrified to prevent burning the heating body;
2. Turn off the power and nitrogen bottle in time to avoid unnecessary loss and waste.

1. The temperature control display setting value (second line number) is set at the factory (generally the initial value is 50), and the measured value (first line number) will change upward from room temperature. If the initial value is not changed, the measured value will gradually approach and reach it.
2. The temperature setting operation is as follows:
(1) "SET" setting key
(2) Press the "∧" key or "∨" key to set the number to the desired temperature value.
(3) After the setting operation is completed, the measured display value will notify the operator of the actual temperature change in the heating box at any time.
(4) When the values ​​in the two rows are the same, it indicates that the temperature in the box has reached the set value.
(5) "PV" measured value display "SV" set value display.
