The Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision recently announced the results of sampling inspections of ten types of products. Among them, nearly 30% of Guangzhou wooden furniture was unqualified, and brands such as Dynasty Furniture, Century Wood, and ViewSonic were listed.

In the fourth quarter of 2013, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision conducted a supervision and inspection on the quality of wooden furniture products in the production area of ​​Guangzhou. A total of 31 batches of products produced by 31 companies were inspected, and 8 batches of products from 8 companies were tested. Unqualified, the failure rate is 25%.

In the list of unqualified products that were exposed, the furniture of the Dynasty furniture bedside table (the rendering effect of the bedside table) produced by Guangzhou Yufa Furniture Co., Ltd. was unqualified, and the “Yipai” cabinet of Guangdong Youpai Furniture Group Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Fujia Furniture Co., Ltd.'s "Century Wood Song" bedside table and other products failed.

According to the Guangzhou Quality Supervision Bureau, there were 4 batches of products in this spot check that were unqualified, and it was easy to be affected by moisture cracking; and the formaldehyde emission was generally large.

In the sampling of daily products such as plugs and sockets in Guangzhou, three batches of unqualified plugs and sockets were exposed. Among them, the universal pass converter of Guangzhou Boyi Stationery Co., Ltd., the Kawashima socket of Guangzhou Jiacheng Network Technology Co., Ltd., and the single-phase two-pole non-removable plug produced by Guangzhou Yongtai Cable Factory of Panyu District are unqualified, which will cause leakage and fire. , seriously endangering the safety of users.
